Payment

• 50% deposit within 2 days of confirmation of reservation, and the balance 10 days before arrival, unless the value of a booking is R1 500.00 or less, in which event, full payment is required.
• Bookings are strictly reserved on a “first come – first serve” basis and only confirmed once the deposit has been paid.
• Only Electronic Fund Transfers and cash deposits are accepted. Bank details will be supplied upon making a reservation

Cancellation

• In the case of a reasonable notice period for cancellation, i.e. 8 weeks, every effort will be made to fill the booking, but if unsuccessful, payment for all unoccupied days for the duration of the period originally booked will be payable and offset against any monies paid before any refund can be made. If a booking is made sooner than 8 weeks and cancelled, any refund will be entirely at Management’s discretion mainly depending on whether the booking can be filled.
• Where a refund applies, a 10% cancellation fee on the total value of the booking is levied and the refund made once the replacement booking has paid in the full amount.
• In the event of non-arrival or early departure, all payments made will be entirely forfeited.

Any payment made is considered acceptance of these conditions in their entirety.
